The collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or other technical devices without authorization is strictly prohibited. Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

 

1. No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices from internet sites that have explicitly stated that they refuse the collection of email addresses.

2. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.

3. No one shall use email addresses, which are prohibited from collection, sale, or distribution under paragraphs 1 and 2, for sending information.

Article 65-2 (Penalties) Anyone who falls under any of the following shall be subject to a fine not exceeding 10 million KRW.

 

1. A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50, paragraph 4.

2. A person who has sent commercial advertising information for profit in violation of Article 50, paragraph 6.

3. A person who has collected, sold, distributed, or used email addresses in violation of Article 50-2 for sending information.
